Due to the unique and one-of-a-kind nature of instant instant photographs, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Each instant photo (or polaroid) is a singular, irreplaceable item, and its value is inherent in its exclusivity.

Shipping Information and Liability

We ship Polaroids via regular postal service. During checkout, you'll have the option to choose between free shipping (no tracking) or a tracked shipping option for an additional fee.

If you select the free shipping (no tracking) option, you assume full liability for your order once it has been shipped. In the unfortunate event of loss or damage during transit with this untracked service, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements. We highly recommend choosing the tracked shipping option for peace of mind and the ability to monitor your delivery.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled as we process unique items quickly. Please ensure your selection is final before completing your purchase.

Caring for Your Polaroid

To ensure your instant photos last a lifetime, proper storage is essential. Please follow these best practices:

- Store them in a cool, dry, and dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity.
- Consider using a nice photo albums or sleeves to protect them from dust, moisture, and fingerprints.
- If framing, we recommend using UV protective glass to prevent fading.
