  • Yes. Every instant photograph is a one-of-a-kind original, taken during the photoshoot. There are no reprints. We do not utilize Instax or Polaroid printers. Each photo is unique and taken straight from camera to film.

  • Yes, we ship worldwide from Vancouver, Canada. During checkout, you can opt between shipping with or without tracking.

  • Each instant photo is carefully packaged in a protective, thick greeting card and mailer to ensure it arrives safely.

  • All polaroids and shipping fees are in Canadian Dollar (CAD).

  • Yes, in some cases. If you haven't received a fulfillment email yet, reach out as soon as possible via email and I'll do my best to accommodate changes. I try to ship as fast as possible, so your order may already be packed, but send an e-mail and we’ll figure it out!

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Letters shipped from Vancouver typically arrive within 1 week within Canada, 1–2 weeks to the United States, and 2–6 weeks internationally depending on the destination country. Delays can occur due to customs, holidays, or local postal conditions.

  • Tracked orders may be shipped via Canada Post Registered Mail, which requires a signature upon delivery. If you're not home, the carrier will leave a notice card and your letter will be held at your local post office for pickup. Please keep this in mind before selecting tracked shipping.

  • Because polaroids ship as letters, not parcels. Shipping a small photo as a parcel would cost significantly more and is unnecessary, a protective envelope is the safest and most appropriate way to send a delicate instant photo. Canada Post's only tracked letter option is Registered Mail, which is a premium service that costs significantly more than a standard stamp. Unlike parcel tracking, there is no affordable middle-ground for letters. On the other hand, Registered Mail is one of Canada Post's most secure mailing options, typically used for sending legal documents and official correspondence. Your polaroid will be in good hands

  • Yes, this is normal. Tracking visibility depends on the destination country's postal system. Many countries such as the UK, Australia, and most of Western Europe provide good tracking updates. Some other countries may show fewer updates once the letter leaves Canada. Your polaroid is still on its way, it just may not show movement until it's delivered. For further questions, we recommend reaching out to your national postal service.
